Yoga is the oldest known science of physical and mental self-developmentl.

Hatha Yoga means "force" and it is one aspect of Kundalini Yoga.

The class changes depending on the time,

Time of the year, place of practice, weather and your body type.

Balinese Traditional Flow

Physical poses (or in yogi terms - asanas)

Ancient Meditation with Breathing Techniques

Traditional Hatha Yoga

Level 2

POWER

It is an intensive and energetic class.
Beginners and "gym lovers" are all welcome.
Everything in life follows a process and the most experienced students will find their own autonomy

on different variations.

Vinyasa and Ashtanga Style Sequences
